Our story
Scott Boultinghouse has made it his life’s mission to provide stable and secure homes to the working class. After traveling the globe and becoming an ordained Therevada monk he left Thailand and settled into Silicon Valley. It was here that he honed his skills as a network engineer and after over 2 decades of engineering and project execution experience he decided to utilize these skills to build Agarika Capital, LLC. Agarika Capital is a multifamily investment firm that purchases legacy assets in the greater Kansas City market.
Scott is partial to this part of the country since he grew up in a 4th generation Midwest farming family. This wide range of experiences and depth of expertise uniquely positions Scott and Agarika Capital to serve out its mission of providing stable and secure homes. The company is on a mission to house 500 families in the Midwest by 2030.
